Why?

I really promised myself (in jest) that I wouldn't have kids until they were perfected with an on/off switch. Then I met a woman who shared my beliefs, but for other reasons. Mine was my independence, hers were more personal. Slowly, but surely, we warmed up to the idea, after seeing family members and friends and how they enjoyed being parents. So we decided "what the heck, how hard could it be?", although knowing it would be tough. Next thing you know, 3 and 1 year old boys are running around at our feet and we don't have a minute for each other, let alone ourselves. But, in all honesty, I will never, for a moment, regret our decision. Because for every million times they wreck havoc around the house hit each other and refuse to listen to us, a single "I love you Mommy and Daddy" melts our hearts.

This will be the occasional story of how we pull off what billions of other parents do every day.
